Today, without a cloud in the sky and the temperature reaching a perfect 65 outside, we ventured out for our first trip to the Atlanta Zoo. What a perfect way to spend a beautiful Saturday!
First stop: the flamingo's. But they were all asleep.
Borrrring.
So onto bigger things...and by big I mean...elephants.
Even the silverback gorilla came out to say hello for a bit before going back to take a nap in the shade!
Hanging out with the billy goats and sheep...
The new mama panda at the zoo was hanging out with her little baby too!
The Kangaroo's...from down under, mate.
Yep, she just wanted to walk like all the other big kids!
This had to be one of her favorites: she was absolutely captivated by the giraffes and zebras!
She loves being outside!
Before leaving, Kinsley had to make sure she checked the zoo map just one more time, to be sure we didn't miss anything.
Of course, we couldn't leave without a little souvenir of one of her favorite exhibits there: the giraffe!
And this was her within a mere five minutes of leaving the Zoo...ahhhh, it was a very good day indeed.
